Hosting a Chamber Mixer (5 to 7 event)
Requesting to host a Chamber Mixer event is a great way to market and network your business with chamber members and media.
The Chamber hosts several 5 to 7 events each year. The process is as follows:
- A member requests to host a Chamber Mixer or the Chamber approaches a business to host one.
- If requested by a member the steps below will be followed by the member requesting the event:
- A logo and contact information is to be sent to the Chamber
- Member will invite his/her clients to the event ( 30 to 55 participants)
- Member will purchase food and refreshments for their guests
- The Chamber will
- Prepare invitation and submit it to member for review
- Invite members via email and posts to Website and Facebook
- Invite media

The Chamber hosts a variety of events throughout the year such as our Promotion + Plus Bay des Chaleurs, Breakfast & Learn, Annual General Meeting, Entrepreneurial Gala, Christmas Wine & Cheese.
